I'm fairly new to the pour-over scene, but I've enjoyed my journey in recent mo this, very much. This was capped a few weeks ago by a cupping session hosted by Lagom Coffee Bar, Newcastle upon Tyne which featured Outpost Coffee Roasters.
Of the 9 (or so) coffees, Los Quispe, Anaerobic Washed Gesha, Peru was the standout for me. So, I just had to order some.
The coffee came very quickly. After leaving it to degas for a week, I contacted Outpost to ask about brewing temperature: 92°C for the bloom, 95°C for the main pour. And that bit of I sight means the my pour-overs with this coffee have been spot on from the outset.

Wow, great coffee and had more bags than expected. If you are on a bit of a budget it's a no brainer.
A solid daily drinker. Smooth as silk coming from my Rocket Apartmento TCA. Gimme me some more!
This was the first time I got my hands on a natural from Kenya and it was great. Brewed with my French Press.
