Love this coffee. I buy it over and over again. I’ve also tried a few of the speciality coffees. Bit more pricey but nice for a treat.
great coffee but you need to move to letterbox friendly (and less!) packaging

Really good coffee and great advice
I discovered Timber Town through a local cafe and it has become my go to bean at home. It's right up my street, especially after a couple of tips from Jamie at Outpost to optimise my process for the best result. Those two small tweaks made a world of difference and I'm super grateful for the time taken to respond to my plea for help!

Worth the punt!
I already have a subscription but I went for a punt on the lucky dip for a couple of extra bags. Got 2 cracking coffees with great dates on them! I will be back for the lucky dip again.

Timber Town blend
Great for espresso. No bitterness and a pleasant mild flavour.

Best coffee to date
I'm fairly new to the pour-over scene, but I've enjoyed my journey in recent mo this, very much. This was capped a few weeks ago by a cupping session hosted by Lagom Coffee Bar, Newcastle upon Tyne which featured Outpost Coffee Roasters.
Of the 9 (or so) coffees, Los Quispe, Anaerobic Washed Gesha, Peru was the standout for me. So, I just had to order some.
The coffee came very quickly. After leaving it to degas for a week, I contacted Outpost to ask about brewing temperature: 92°C for the bloom, 95°C for the main pour. And that bit of I sight means the my pour-overs with this coffee have been spot on from the outset.
Thank you, Outpost Coffee Roasters for a sublime coffee.

Wow, great coffee and had more bags than expected. If you are on a bit of a budget it's a no brainer.

A solid daily drinker. Smooth as silk coming from my Rocket Apartmento TCA. Gimme me some more!
